Randy Petri has over 30 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry. Serving as both a company representative and broker, he oversaw the site selection for numerous retail chains and shopping centers local markets. He is involved in every step of commercial retail development, from conception and design to the final stages of construction and leasing. Randy’s expertise for matching developers with retails space is truly remarkable and has benefited clients for his entire career.
Since starting out as broker in 1981, Randy has worked as a consultant, dealing with annexation and zoning issues, environmental remediation supervision, PUD approvals, and TIF reimbursements on relevant projects. Extensive time spent collaborating with local municipalities means that Randy always strives to increase the long-term profitability of his clients. While acting as a property manage for 65 store locations of a multinational company, Randy developed a unique ability to see any negotiation or deal from the developer’s perspective.
As a member of NICAR and numerous other professional organizations, Randy takes an active part in shaping commercial opportunities in local communities.
